The Whelehan Group’s quality objective is to continuously improve and review the service we offer to our customers and suppliers.
The Whelehan Group’s organisational goal is to further increase our market share and to become regarded as the premier provider of products in our areas of activity, namely: Animal Health, Crop Protection, Garden Products, Surgical, Health & Beauty and Complementary Healthcare. As our suppliers are essential to the success of our business our quality objective is also to work in partnership with them to bring quality products to our customers.
We are committed to improving the quality of our internal communications to all of our employees so that everyone in the organisation understands and is dedicated to implementing the Group’s Quality Policy.
Group Management is committed to ensuring that the Quality Policy
a. Continuously improves the effectiveness of the quality management system
b. Provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives
c. Is communicated and understood within the organisation
d. Requires that management has up to date knowledge of the statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to relevant products.
e. Is reviewed for continuing suitability.
The Whelehan Group is currently operating to IS EN ISO 9001:2008 to ensure the maintenance and continuous assessment of the effectiveness of this policy.
